Employee of the Month

Tony Brown was named our October Employee of the Month. He has been with the Jim Ellis Automotive Group for over six years and joined the Audi Atlanta team in August. His nomination for recognition came from Parts Director David Filingim who shared, “Tony has a great attitude. He comes in early and leaves late every day. From the time he clocks in to the time he clocks out he is working and when he starts to catch up he is asking for more to do. He has stepped up and has taken charge of the delivery driver activities and is constantly looking for better ways to get things done.” We really appreciate Tony diligently working behind the scenes to help keep our Parts operations heading in the right direction. LaShayna Lee earned the honor for the month of November. She joined the team in November, 2020 as an Audi Service Coordinator. As has become increasingly common, we experienced a staffing shortage in her department. LaShayna was a real super star and worked bell to bell for a week and a half to accommodate our customers with top notch customer service and persevered to with a smile. She really showed dedication to her job and her coworkers. Thank you LaShayna, keep up the amazing work!



And we thank Carolina Strong for the contributions that earned her the Employee of the Month award for December. Carolina joined our team as a Billing Clerk and just celebrated her one year anniversary with us. Carolina was nominated by a peer who was impressed to see she always comes early and stays late. She doesn’t leave until the job is done. Her attention to detail keeps the finance team running smoothly and she always has a great attitude and is always willing to help. Go Carolina, we appreciate you!
