The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis employee who has gone above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,000 employees in the organization, only crafting a customer experience from the heart will earn you this honor. 

We are truly excited to share that our very own Oscar Leguizamo was chosen as the April 2021 Jim Ellis Client Champion!  Oscar is one of our Audi Service Advisors and has been a team member since 2011. A story told in email to our Service Manager, Rick Fortnam, was submitted as his nomination for the recognition. This is the story:

Oscar was the first person who greeted me when I entered the service area for my scheduled appointment. He was welcoming and kind and I immediately knew this was going to be a pleasant experience and not to worry. He reviewed everything with me and gave me a timeline to manage my expectations. Once I left with my loaner car, I received a text with his direct contact information. What a surprise!! It was so easy and convenient to be able to just communicate directly with my service specialist. But what sets him apart? Well I am someone who treats my car well and keeps it extremely clean and gets it washed every other week. I am also someone who parks far away from others to ensure my car stays scratch free etc. and was devastated when I recently noticed a smudge from another car's door on my front passenger door. I mentioned this to Oscar and to my delight and surprise he took it upon himself to have the smudge removed. That is going above and beyond. I love my car and now love Audi Atlanta service. I have told everyone what a great experience I had and highly recommend them getting an Audi for their next car. I might even need to upgrade to the Q8. Please take a moment and recognize Oscar as he has solidified my love of Audi.
