  Just last month, the Audi brand hosted a three night dinner event in Los Angeles with the help of three-Michelin-starred noma and the MAD, a non-profit geared towards driving sustainability in the restaurant and hospitality industries and the communities around them. The goal of this event was to bring the MAD Mondays speaker event to the greater LA area, and provide scholarships for six up-and-coming hospitality professionals to attend the MAD Academy in Copenhagen.
