There are plenty of new Audi vehicles worth highlighting on our blog, but one that everyone loves to hear about is the sport coupe offering, the TT. We were happy to read that the vehicle will soon undergo its third-generation refresh, with some exterior enhancements topping the list of changes.
Using the new MQB platform, the Audi TT will have a lighter build with a slightly longer wheelbase, too. The front of the vehicle is expected to get a new look that will make it stand out, while both the back and sides are going to retain much of their current style, with a few modern updates. Also, the lighter platform means greater fuel efficiency, improving on the already ample 22 miles per gallon city/31 mpg highway rating the TT currently attains.
Still powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged DOHC engine, the Audi TT churns out 211 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque to keep the excitement going at all times. In addition to the gas-powered model, a diesel engine option will also be available.
